Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Together, we’ll explore your past and present experiences, set meaningful goals, and develop tools to manage stressors like trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and low self-esteem.
I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including:

- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Mindfulness and somatic practices
